Epson Tour Graduates Play in International Crown

The Hanwha LIFEPLUS International Crown took place in San Francisco, California at TPC Harding Park on May 4-7, 2023. What is International Crown on the LPGA Tour? This event is one of a kind in the female golf world featuring a team format comprised of eight different countries competing for the bragging rights of winning “The Crown” for their country. It is a match-play competition that features 32 of the best female golfers from across the globe.

Out of the 32 female golfers that competed in International Crown, seven earned their LPGA Tour card by playing and graduating from the Epson Tour.

Fun fact: After finishing nine out of ten on the Epson Tour money list in 2016, Nelly is currently ranked number one in the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings. She won a gold medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. She has over 52 career top-10s with eight victories.

Fun fact: Won Player of the Year for being the top money earner on the Epson Tour in 2021. This was her first time representing her country.

Fun fact: Set the single-season earnings record in 2016 ($167,064) by winning three times. First player to win the Gaelle Truet Rookie of the Year, Epson Tour Player of the Year and accumulate 12 top-10 finishes.
